Manuscript Selection

Noble Academic Publisher (NAP) selects manuscripts by using four steps:

Step 1: Basic Evaluation
The editorial board members evaluates the submitted manuscript and decide whether it match the journal?s aim and scope or not? Manuscripts outside the journal?s scope are rejected directly or shifted to some other journal. If an article is fully or partly published in some other publication, it is not reviewed or accepted.

Step 2: Similarity Check
Please note that we check plagiarism in all submitted manuscripts.  All manuscripts that contain plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, or dishonesty, are rejected directly.

Step 3: Peer Review
We use a double-blind peer review system; identities of both reviewers and authors remain hidden.

Step 4: Acceptance/Rejection
The decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based on the suggestions given by reviewers.
